About The Event
Not only this year are we hosting the R1DE 4 ROO annual ride day we’ve decided to make a weekend of it! Camping will be available both Friday the 9th of July and also Saturday the 10thof July, this is open to riders and also spectators. We are also having Two Little Black Birds come along and cater for the evening along with bar facilities, whilst we host the presentations at VIP Roo Bar. Registrations: At this point riders will only be able to register for one class, if we can allow for extra entries, we will be in contact with those who have requested extra classes. If you would like to register for an extra class there is an option to leave your request on your registration form.
Memberships: You must be a member of a motorcycle club in order to race for the day, we won’t be offering one day memberships however you can purchase a membership for the Manjimup Motor Cycle Club in the memberships section. Licences: You must hold a current MWA licence in order to race, if you do not hold a licence you will be able to purchase a One Day Competitive Licence on the day for $85 or for the 50cc Demos/Divi 1’s you can purchase a recreational licence for $35.
Flaggies: Flaggies will be pre organised for the event, however riders if you have someone who is interested in coming along to flag for the day, please contact the club as soon as possible. Flaggies will be paid $50 for half a day or $100 for the full day. A flag levy has been included in the entry fee to cover the payment of the flaggies.
Camping: Camping will be available for both the Friday the 9th of July and Saturday the 10th of July. Single evening camping will be $30 per site and both nights will be $50 per site. Camping will not only be available to those competing but also spectators. Gates for campers will be open 2pm on Friday NO EARLIER.
Bar: The bar will be open from 12pm on the day. We encourage all to demonstrate respective and responsible behaviour if anyone fails to do so will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Dinner: Presentations will be held after racing at the VIP Roo Bar where Local Café Two Little Black Birds will be providing dinner and desert. To register for dinner, you MUST follow the registration link and select your dinner option with the amount of serves required. This will help the caterers with numbers, those who have registered and paid online will be served first and be checked off once they have been served. If you do not register online, we cannot promise that there will be serves left over.
Canteen facilities available all day.
NO DOGS PERMITTED.
Lastly but not least we encourage all riders to ride hard, ride safe but most importantly have fun. A huge thank you to Tony and Kim Burnett who allow us to continue to provide a wonderful event in loving memory of Roo.
